Andrew Ji Personal Website
I am Andrew Ji, an undergraduate student at the University of Virginia working across climate science, artificial intelligence, business, math, and environmental data science.
My research focuses on machine learning for extreme precipitation and climate-change attribution, with an emphasis on interpretable, rigorous, and decision-relevant AI.
I hope to build rigorous tools that help society better understand climate risk, incentives, and ESG-driven decisions in a changing world.
What I'm building
The portfolio is less about collecting unrelated projects and more about tracing one consistent instinct: to make complex systems more interpretable, more defensible, and more useful for decisions.
